Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak periods or due to factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, etc.).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking details to update.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. If your address falls outside our shipping zones, you'll be notified at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, please reach out and we'll help track it down or make it right. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
